Founder, Grant Eccles, has completed the certificate course in Gerontology at Ryerson University in Toronto. He is a member of the Canadian Association on Gerontology. Grant is a professional tour director, predominantly leading tours for upper middle-aged travellers. He was the founder of a specialty tour company in British Columbia for six years before returning to Ontario with his family. Grant still develops and leads exclusive group tours.

Together with an extensive background in the travel industry and intensive studies in Gerontology, Grant says that, "this is a natural marriage of skills in understanding unique needs and in providing the best fit in housing solutions and options."
