Package (A) Assessment and Feedback
We have you complete a detailed assessment. The results of the assessment will be discussed. Feedback is provided to you sharing with you important factors in helping in your journey to making an informed housing decision.

Package (B) Assessment, Feedback, and Options
The above assessment is completed. A presentation is made to you highlighting the best-fit options in housing based upon your response.

Package (C) Assessment, Feedback, Options, and Site Inspections
Same as Package (B) with the additional services of up to 3 guided site inspections from your current residence and within the Greater Toronto Area.

We will be pleased to visit you at home to conduct the assessment and feedback.

MOVING SERVICES
We minimize your stress by providing you experienced assistance with the inundating tasks of sorting, packing, and moving. We even help you with items not going to your new home by encouraging you to make the appropriate gifts and donations and to properly dispose of years of clutter build-up.
